Wonder Woman I am not. Case in point…I still don’t have all my Christmas shopping done. (people have been asking me since BEFORE Thanksgiving if I was done yet) I’m not even caring about getting good deals anymore—because really, I’ll just be surprised to get it done at all. I paid double for shipping Saturday night so I could be sure to get a gift here by Christmas because I’m a procrastinator. I ordered our Christmas cards, but they likely won’t get here before Christmas so you’ll all have to enjoy getting them sometime afterwards. I’ve made nothing homemade for Christmas for anyone. We haven’t even made any cookies. Not sure if I’m gonna get neighbor gifts out this year either the way things are going. Somehow having a 3 year old that is busy enough and smart enough to keep you from getting anything done continues to be my excuse, but according to all the blogs I read it’s a lame one. Seriously, how do people have time to go to school, bake, sew, craft, photograph, insert crafty thing here and still have time to keep their house picked up (notice I didn’t say clean) and their families fed and generally happy? Either I’m a total failure or everyone else is totally lying. Which camp are you in? Wonder woman or NOT?

I'm TOTALLY lying..hahaha j/k!
I am one of those people that over extends myself in every department. and I feel like if I don't deliver on all those things than I will disapoint someone (usually just myself) so i do it all and wonder WHY? but in the end it all works out :)
Well, according to you, I am, but I don't feel like it!
Seriously, I only have most of my shopping done because I do it when I shop for birthdays (helps to have all the birthdays in November!). I only have to take the kids to buy their gift for the person whose name they drew.
As for crafting - well, to confess, it's just as much for me!
Having just a three-year-old is tough I bet. My kids entertain themselves.
Swap babysitting with a friend if you can so you can get your shopping done. And don't worry. You can (and do) do things that I sit and wonder at. Your kids are happy, your husband is happy. You're awesome!
I think you know the answer to that question already. My family is just happy to have food in the house, they gave up hoping for me to cook it a looooong time ago. Some advice though? Just say NO!! Except for girls night, are we going out Sat?
Not. I would look awful in that suit (although I do have big boobs...) I hate Christmas stress, so I finish shopping early. This year, we're so poor, I did it all with credit card points (we have lots of points from Jalen's adoption and our move) and Disney Movie Rewards. Apparently we're also on the ward's poor people list because the RS gave us a ham and someone donated a bunch of gifts to us. I'm grateful, but also embarassed. So yeah, not WW this year :)!
