Bridal Veil falls playgroup

A couple weeks ago we headed to Bridal veil falls for our weekly playgroup.  The kids had a blast even though it was a bit chilly.  I didn’t think about the fact that the sun isn’t quite over the mountain yet this late in the year.

P1020011Second (failed) attempt at a picture of  me and my baby boy.

This picture is Liam and his friend Gannon.

P1020022Luckily Melissa, one of the other Moms there knew about a trail that goes up closer to the falls.  I’ve been there lots of times and never knew about it.  So, we took all our little ones on the trail and they loved it!  I was amazed at the Moms that braved it even having to carry a baby.

P1020025Getting pictures of a bunch of preschoolers and toddlers is rather difficult.  This is the best one I got.

P1020027I had to get a picture of his dusty legs because they made me smile.  P1020029Then he stepped into the frigid water to “wash them off” but only got his feet clean.  That was even better.

I’m so glad that we have this playgroup to look forward to every week!  Liam loves it and I know it will be a blessing to him later in life to have so many friends that he can relate to.

I don't even know most of these kids! I was laughing at Liam's dusty legs before you even mentioned it. He always has dirty legs!
