Back in the Saddle

I think I’m finally ready to attempt to blog regularly again.  It is a lot like exercise in that I think it would have been easier to just keep doing it than to stop and try to start back up again.  I just couldn’t do it after my Mom died.  It was too much but I think I am ready now to get back to my sporadic semi-regular posting schedule.  I’ll start with a grateful Sunday post:

Today I’m grateful for a daughter that is excited about doing family history research.  She’s been working tirelessly for the past week looking for the mother of Augusta Perry. She has found a lot of information, but has hit a dead end of what we know how to do.  Hopefully we can find an experienced researcher to give us some tips on where to go from here.  I love how excited she gets when she finds something.  She’ll call me if I’m not home or have me come look at what she found if I am home.  I love seeing her passion! She’s the best daughter!
