To cut: His hair on top is WAYYY longer than in back and the back just keeps falling out/breaking off so now his hair is starting to look funny. It would be nice to even it all out, but as long as you don't see it from the back you can't tell ;)
It is REALLY hard to comb through his curls. They are so tight that the only time I really can comb through it is when I bathe him and then he screams the whole time I'm combing and it makes me feel horrible
To NOT cut: I LOVE his hair! It's just so cute! I know he's a boy and it'll grow back fast I'm sure.
I am pretty sure once we cut his hair it will no longer have the soft cottony feeling when it grows back and I'll have lost the baby hair forever...
So...I'm sure you can see my dilemma now--Daddy wants to cut it and has for awhile. If you pull his hair straight it's probably 4 inches long at least. So far I've put off Daddy telling him we MUST get a video camera besides my still camera before we cut it so we can get both video and still pics of the cutting etc (which I have a feeling will be a nightmare, but will probably make for funny home videos later)
So, help me be decisive!! What would YOU do??

I would vote for waiting!! I totally regret cutting my boys hair when I did! It is easy to cut it if it is too long, but takes forever to grow back out, and like you said, it just isn't the same. Wait until you are really really ready, and then it won't be a question!
Hard Question, I also love his hair but I understand how hard it is to feel like you are hurting them when you comb it. I know he would be darling with short hair too, but he will also look lots older if your ready for that. Either way, good luck, I've never been good with decision making :)
I'm a "cut it" person, but then again, I have 3 boys that I often have to get ready myself on Sunday mornings when Ben's on call. Makes it easier for me to buzz it. I think I'd feel different if my boys' hair was curly, though. I'm a sucker for curls!
Ahhh, cut it! I remember cutting Hayden's hair for the first time and I'm SOOO glad I did. It looked funny when his hair was falling out in back and he had a comb over. Liam's hair will look great no matter what but I vote cut it.
