Last weekend we were at my in laws house and the kids were having ice cream so of course Liam wanted some. We usually just give him some of ours, but they had cones so we made him his very own. The only other time he's had a cone was as a sample at the grocery store and as soon as I gave it to him he promptly bit off the bottom of the cone. I was curious if he'd do it again and he didn't disappoint. This is funny to me for a couple reasons. The obvious one that now his ice cream is gonna fall out of the end of the cone and second I just haven't ever seen anyone eat from the wrong end of the cone. To me the cone is a necessary evil to hold the ice cream with and if I can have a bowl instead I will (because you can obviously fit way more ice cream into a bowl than a cone.)
After he finished his cone he begged one off of Emily because she just had one on top of her bowl of ice cream (she's my girl). Then he ate another one on the way home. The second two didn't even have ice cream. So, now I know when he wants a treat to just give him the cone, hold the ice cream. I wish I had gotten a picture when he was done because he was a MESS. By the time he got to the end he was holding the ice cream in his bare hands and I don't think he even finished it all before he got too cold.
