Last night I tried out a new recipe from one of my favorite food blogs Picky Palate. You can find the recipe here. I've been trying to try at least one new recipe per week lately since we were all getting tired of our same old dinners we always have. There are a few blogs/recipe books that tend to be winners most of the time, but I have yet to find something that both the adults and kids in our house all LOVE. Last night it finally happened. BOTH children told me over and over how much they liked this dinner and both of them had seconds, then miracle of all miracles my husband said he REALLY liked it too! It made me happy to have finally pleased ALL members of my family at dinner time. What can I say, I'm a sucker for the devotion/adoration of my family. ;)

I am shocked that that is the recipe they all love. I love her blog. Love her recipes but wasn't so sure about that one. Guess I'll have to give it a try.
I was pretty surprised too. The only thing I changed was I halved the adobo sauce because I knew it'd be too spicy.
